SHIPPING POLICY

 

Processing Time 

Most orders are processed and shipped within **1–4 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).  

- Handmade paracord products (slings, bracelets, etc.) are typically **made to order** and may take **3–5 business days** to craft before shipping.  

- Body Armor, Plate Carriers and related tactical gear may take more time to ship and may be sent directly from the manufacturer depending on our stock levels. Typically orders for these items ship within 5 business days.

We will notify you via email if there is any expected delay due to high order volume, custom requests, or inventory. While we work to ensure our orders are processed as quickly as possible, processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods & Rates (Continental United States)  

We ship primarily via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and FedEx for larger/heavier packages (armor bundles, multiple plates).  

- Orders $250 and over → **Free Standard Shipping** (3–7 business days)  

- Orders under $250 → shipping will be charged depending on weight & size

Orders will ship via the carrier of our choosing.

 

**Restricted Shipping Areas**  

Due to state laws regarding body armor:  

We **do not ship any body armor** (soft armor, hard plates, or armor bundles) to **Connecticut** or **New York**.  

All other states within the continental U.S. are eligible. International shipping is not currently available.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

**Important Notes**  

- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier (signature may be required for high-value orders).  

- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in additional shipping charges or return fees.  

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on business days will be processed the next business day.  

- Due to the lifesaving nature of body armor, **all armor sales are final** (see our Return Policy for details).
