RETURNS
Returns must be made 15 days from purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds after that period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only items that have a manufacturing defect or have been damaged in shipping may be returned.
To complete your return, we require an emailed receipt, order number or proof of purchase. Please send the items for return to the returns address below. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If approved for a return regarding products with manufacturing defects or shipping related damages, we will email you a shipping label to send your product back to us free of charge. To return your product, make sure it is packaged securely and is in its original condition. Refunds will be sent after the returned product is received and manufacturing defects or shipping damages are verified.
RETURNS DUE TO SIZING ERRORS
Please be sure to properly size yourself before purchasing any ballistic armor products or plate carriers by using our armor sizing guide or by contacting customer service. If you ordered the wrong size by mistake and need a different size, you can return your order to Jacobs Quality Tactical at the address below.
The buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees due to orders placed in the wrong size. There will be a 10% restocking fee for returned orders that will be deducted from the refund amount unless a new order has been placed for the correct size. Returns should be sent using a tracking number. We are not responsible for orders lost in return shipping. Please provide a note in with your return package stating what you would like to accomplish and include your order number on the note. Refunds will be sent only after the returned items are received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to have the item replaced, you must reorder the item after you are approved for a refund.
SHIPPING
Most of our products are shipped within 3 business days however ballistic armor products and plate carriers can have up to a 2-week lead-time. These lead times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. For the most up to date lead-times please contact customer service. We ship using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
